For 2010, the Soma Rush Fixed Gear frameset is still affordable, retailing for $525, and quality is still up to par with Tange Prestige steel tubing and steep geometry. Not only the colors has changed for 2010, but the fork and track ends are updated with straight blades and lugged drop crown. Also, you won’t see any cable guides or water bottle mounts. Standing side by side is a re-issue 7-11 Eddy Merckx frameset and an Original version. If you can not tell, the one of the left is original which is constructed of Columbus TSX, and the re-issue on the right is designed out of Columbus SLX. The main difference is in the forks, the original uses a slopping fork and the retro has a flat crown. Via John Prolly.

Check out the Hold Fast Bruiser Frameset, which comes in gun kote clear coat raw paint job, while the forks is atom lab red. Just in from Innovative Sillgey is the Barspin Frameset available in green and purple. Both colors have a vibrant finish, and manufactured from Stillgey’s 757 double butted tubing.
