Fixed Gear Ness

If you ride in Sacramento California without brakes, the cops will get you! Sacramento police are targeting downtown fixed gear riders for not using brakes. Kind of funny with all the crime going around that these cops are wasting their time on petty stuff. Tickets are issued for those that “break the law”, labeled as fix it tickets and costs about $25.
